GPS and Google Earth

Over at Clicknoise I've posted a video documenting some of the potential in using GPS data (logged using a Nokia N82) in Google Earth. Merely an experiment (mashing my tedious morning jog into a group of technologies), I invite others to take this sort of idea and explore/move forward with something more aesthetically compelling and with more social significance - something involving media contributions from a community, perhaps?
The process involved a GPS phone, Nokia Sportstracker Beta, and Google Earth (using the "play tour" function, which is kludgy still - not very customizable). But there's much more that could be done using the social media opportunities afforded by GE.
